The Role:
Duties for the IT Service Improvement Team Leader include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the IT Service Improvement Manager, IT Services Manager and VIP Services Manager, focussing on quality Service Delivery, Service Improvement and Service Innovation
- Identifying areas for efficiency gains, including any automation opportunities to streamline service delivery and customer experience.
- Building and maintaining effective day-to-day working relationships with our key vendors, both internal and external, and managed service providers in the delivery of End User Support Services.
- Leading a team of Process Analysts.
- Map existing processes to future processes, highlighting operational procedures and workflows.
- Build, review, and own process definition documentation and standard operating procedures for the Branch.
- Work closely with and educate business users responsible for delivering processes and service.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience in a Service Delivery or related roles (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities or have project management experience
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Motivated and capable of working in a fluid and evolving environment, with a track record of achieving results.
- Take ownership of tasks, be accountable for their actions and demonstrate sound management of a small team.
