We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our employment services team.
About the Role
The Inclusive Employment Services Manager will be responsible for leading a team of employment consultants in providing high-quality, person-centred employment services to individuals with mental health conditions and their families.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employment consultants in delivering evidence-based employment services
- Bbuild strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes
- Ccollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness
Requirements
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification
- Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded
- Strong local employer relationships and business development skills
- A current driver's licence and own vehicle
- The ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check)
