Senior Manager of Animal Nutrition

We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead our business into its next phase of growth.

Job Overview:

The Senior Manager of Animal Nutrition will be responsible for overseeing the commercial growth and development of our animal nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth across domestic and international markets.
  • Expand and manage B2B distributor networks, independent retailers, and institutional customers.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Technical Credibility & Product Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of the science behind our product range.
  • Communicate technical product benefits to stakeholders including wildlife carers and zoo nutritionists.
  • Leverage credibility to influence purchasing decisions and advocate for the brand.
  • Leadership & Operations: Lead and inspire a team of 15+ employees.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability and deliver commercial targets.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and quality standards in manufacturing and distribution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
