This role requires expertise in animal nutrition, ingredient markets, and feed manufacturing processes to develop cost-effective, high-quality formulations.Main Responsibilities:Optimise Feed FormulationsEstablish Monthly Formulation and Implementation ProcessesCollaborate with Manufacturing TeamsEnsure Quality StandardsMonitor Ingredient UtilisationData Driven Decision MakingContinuous ImprovementRequirements:Proven experience (5+ years min.) in technical management and feed formulation or related roles within the stockfeed or livestock industry.Strong ability to analyse nutritional data, market trends, and ingredient costs.Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex nutritional concepts effectively.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and deliver results within tight deadlines.Familiarity with sustainable practices in feed production and the ability to incorporate environmentally responsible ingredients and methods into formulations.Application:Apply now to be part of this innovative team.
