Community Housing Project Manager

As a vital team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of community-led housing projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers and our delivery team to coordinate end-to-end documentation, compliance, contractor engagement, and project reporting.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate multiple social housing development (SDA) projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support contract administration, documentation, and compliance tracking to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and approvals alongside project managers.
- Monitor timelines, variations, and procurement schedules to meet project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting across all live projects.
- 2-4 years' experience in project coordination, preferably in residential builds or social housing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and project managers.
- Knowledge of SDA compliance and residential builds is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation platforms to streamline workflow.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to grow with our team.
