Our organization is seeking an experienced Construction Contract Advisor to join its legal department. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in advising on construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts, including EPC, O&M, development agreements, energy, green rights sales, and construction contracts.">
  • Providing expert legal advice on matters such as land acquisition, FIRB compliance, and M&A activity.">
  • Collaborating with external law firms to obtain legal advice and support when required.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 4-7 years of PQE with current practicing certificate.">
  • Top-tier or mid-tier law firm experience with relevant construction or infrastructure experience.">
  • Ability to understand commercial objectives and implement legal strategies to facilitate achievement of commercial objectives.">
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.">
  • A strong understanding of construction and operations contracts, land acquisition, FIRB compliance, and M&A activity.">
