Renewable Energy Contract Coordinator

This is a supporting role and perfect for someone at the start of their career, looking to get into the renewable energy sector.
Job Responsibilities:- Supporting the Operations Manager in managing procurement contracts and head contracts to ensure the smooth coordination of contract-related tasks.
- Administrative responsibilities, monitoring documentation, and assisting with compliance, reporting, and communication.
- Organise and file contract documents.
- Track contract deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain a centralised database of contracts and correspondence.
- Compile information required for amendments to contracts.
- Degree qualified, ideally in legal or similar.
- Strong administrative skills & database experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure or construction industry.
- Hands on, used to working in small teams, able to adapt to client requirements.
- Strong personal values and a team player.
We are partnering with an Australian company established and working on energy transmission and distribution projects nationally, supporting the integration renewable energy such as wind and solar power generation through providing grid stability and energy storage.
