About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our hydraulic trades team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating workshop and field-based work, supporting and training staff in fluid power application and troubleshooting techniques, and maintaining accurate supply for project items and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workshop and field-based work, ensuring efficient project delivery
  • Support and train staff in fluid power application and troubleshooting techniques
  • Document and provide reports on work in progress to the leadership team
  • Maintain accurate supply for project items and supplies
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment

Requirements
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Sound technical industrial fluid power understanding
  • Trade qualification in mechanical fitting
