Debtor Management Leader

This role is a senior leadership position within the Client Administration team, providing strategic direction and expertise in debtor management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing client debt, ensuring effective communication and resolution processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic planning and development of debtor management strategies
  • Leadership and supervision of a team of debtor management professionals
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Financial analysis and reporting

For this role, we are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in debtor management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role, preferably in a related field
  • Proven track record of success in debtor management and team leadership
