Job Description

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Experience team with planning, executing, and tracking of retail measurement programs. Your main areas of responsibility will lie within data validation and quality reporting, managing delivery of reports to stakeholders and maintaining communication with the Field Team.

The successful candidate will have strong multitasking skills, great organisation, and an intermediate understanding of MS products or the ability to learn new programs quickly. Previous experience in a retail or customer experience-based role is desired, particularly in the Australian market.
