Retail CX Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Creative Activation. As a Customer Experience Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Client Service team with planning, executing, and tracking of retail CX measurement programs.
About the RoleThe primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing daily operations of our retail measurement programs
- Coordinating field team enquiries related to our programs
- Administrative tasks such as uploading data for monthly call cycles, loading visits, monitoring timelines and completions
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Outgoing and energetic personality that connects well with people
- Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience in a call centre or ordering systems environment is preferred
