Customer Service Representative Job

About Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia, we are a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

The Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time role in our National Contact Centre team at Revesby. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage web portal enquiries—delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

We are looking for a customer service professional with prior experience and the flexibility to work weekend shifts on a Sunday – Thursday roster.

Roster: Sunday to Thursday

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a high-volume dynamic call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded
  • Availability to work weekend shifts
  • Experience processing sales orders will be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
  • The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
