Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

  • Lead and support the front office team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences
  • Act as a role model, sharing expertise and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures
  • Resolve and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Previous office supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience working within a hotel or resort environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Professional presentation essential
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and morning/night shifts if required
