Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People and Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Lead. This key leadership role will be responsible for leading and coaching the Talent team to achieve exceptional recruitment outcomes across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Lead a small team of recruiters and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand role requirements and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and a streamlined hiring process.
  • Create a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Several years of recruitment experience with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience in leading a team and driving consistency and high performance.
  • Experience in volume recruitment, preferably in retail.
  • Strong commercial approach to decision making and a proven history of building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and customers.
