We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Educator to join our team. This role will involve developing, presenting, and evaluating programs to support individuals with disabilities.

About the Role
  • Contribute to program development and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Connect with clients on an individual or small group basis, understanding their needs and creating a supportive environment
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities

• Present programs in a way that is engaging and accessible for participants

• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. disability support, education)

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
