Emergency Management Professional

This role involves supporting a government client as an Emergency Management Coordinator, developing essential skills in coordinating emergency management functions across owned and leased properties.

You will work closely with the Emergency Management Manager and Vendor Manager, making general inquiries on behalf of the team and client, and assisting with conducting and recording minutes of monthly vendor management meetings and fortnightly client meetings.

You will also review and upload vendor performance reports, assist with planning upcoming schedules or training changes, and respond to site-based general inquiries on training operations and diagrams.

The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting emergency management functions for a government client
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective emergency response
  • Reviewing and uploading vendor performance reports
  • Assisting with scheduling and training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms
