The Opportunity

As our next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will have the unique opportunity to lead and grow a thriving organization that plays a critical role in the health outcomes of our community.

Reporting to a supportive and engaged Board, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the continued financial sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Visionary Leadership: Align with our mission of keeping our community out of hospital and drive strategic initiatives that support growth and enhance the quality of our services.
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, community partners, and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure Financial Sustainability: Ensure the financial sustainability of the organization through sound financial management and innovative funding strategies.
  • Champion a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to achieve their full potential.
About You
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or human services sector or a related field, ideally within a not-for-profit environment.
  • Strong Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking abilities with a track record of driving organizational growth and innovation.
  • Excellent Financial Acumen: Excellent financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, funding, and financial sustainability.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Passion for Community Health: Passionate about improving community health outcomes and committed to our vision of keeping our community out of hospital.
