Key Responsibilities

  • Implement visual merchandising concepts in-store and at windows.
  • Apply, interpret and enforce visual merchandising guidelines across the business.
  • Maintain consistent presentation standards throughout all stores and concession pads.
  • Identify and capitalize on merchandising opportunities to boost sales through collaboration with the Store Management Team.
  • Ensure exceptional window presentation at all times, including installation of window schemes, stock changes, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Verify assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence and provide photographic and verbal feedback to Managers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising (fashion apparel expertise is an asset)
  • Experience in assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store displays
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
