Job Title: Business Education Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to deliver high-quality online vocational education and training in the Business Industry.

The successful candidate will support quality assurance initiatives, student engagement, program delivery, and industry liaison. They will also ensure actions lead to efficient, effective, and compliant conduct of training activities.

This role involves delivering engaging, well-structured, and compliant training aligned to each qualification and unit of competency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments of student competency in accordance with assessment principles and evidence rules
  • Participating in assessment validation activities
  • Providing timely feedback and guidance to learners
  • Maintaining professional development and industry currency
  • Ensuring training services meet relevant standards and policies

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years teaching experience and vocational competence in one or more Business qualifications.

They will also possess relevant and current vocational experience in business, management, leadership, or project management.

In addition, they will need to have experience in online or blended delivery using platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, MS Teams, or Zoom.
