  • Executing procurement, contracting, and supply chain functions;
  • Offering precise procurement guidance and services to both internal and external clients regarding their procurement and contracting processes;
  • Collecting and analyzing market intelligence, conducting demand assessments, identifying potential risks, and contributing to the formulation of risk management strategies while liaising with suppliers and clients on performance matters;
  • Providing procurement information, advice, and support through both verbal and written communication channels, utilizing computerized business systems and relevant reporting tools;
  • Assisting in the creation of procurement training programs for stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of procurement processes within the organization;
  • Advising on the acquisition of goods and services to ensure adherence to legislative and ethical standards;

  • Demonstrated experience in Procurement or Purchasing
  • Proficient in purchasing software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
