Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team and drive high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that fuel player growth across PC, Console, Mobile, and VR.

This is a dynamic role where you will plan, execute, and optimize digital media strategies while testing new advertising channels to stay ahead of the game.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create and implement paid media strategies across digital and social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Global Budget Management: Plan and manage global media budgets to ensure optimal allocation across regions and platforms.
  • Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and creative teams to align campaign strategies and ensure best practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPI, CTR, LTV) to optimize targeting, bidding, and creative execution.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Identify Emerging Opportunities: Identify and explore new advertising channels, programmatic opportunities, and audience expansion strategies.
  • Partner Management: Manage agency and partner relationships to enhance campaign performance and explore ATL opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Work with analytics teams to develop reporting solutions and track campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-4+ years in paid media buying, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, and similar platforms.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in budget management, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of gaming audiences, player behaviors, and platform-specific marketing strategies.
Bonus Points:
  • Emerging Platforms: Experience with new and emerging ad platforms (e.g., Discord ads, Snapchat).
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Programmatic Advertising: Familiarity with programmatic advertising or alternative UA strategies.
  • Basic Creative Production: Basic knowledge of creative production processes for paid social content.
  • Game Industry Experience: Experience working on media campaigns for games and entertainment brands.
