Senior Paid Social Strategist

This role focuses on owning all aspects of paid social strategy, delivery, and reporting for client accounts. The Senior Paid Social Strategist will collaborate with the account team to develop scroll-stopping content and creative that performs and elevates brands across digital media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a thought leader and day-to-day expert for clients across all things social. They will deliver a balance of foundational strategies and innovation to strategic frameworks, media plans, and campaign builds for their client(s).

Responsibilities include being a subject matter expert in full funnel paid social strategy and delivery across key social platforms, possessing strong presentation skills for executive level clients, providing resources to meet and surpass client goals, leading media planning and presentation development, and spearheading optimizations and reporting.

  • Owning day-to-day paid social strategy across key accounts
  • Building full-funnel strategies rooted in client objectives, platform best practices, and industry trends
  • Analyzing campaign performance across platforms and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams and platform reps to bring integrated, innovative ideas to clients
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have 4+ years of experience in paid social planning and buying (including hands-on buying), deep expertise across at least 4 paid social platforms, strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights, and clear, confident communication skills.

  • Experience with health and/or beauty brands is a plus
  • Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus
