About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Strategist to drive and manage our social media channels.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll oversee content curation, paid advertising campaigns, social trends, and analytics to fine-tune strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust digital media strategies across platforms to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Oversee paid performance channels, from creative ideation to budget allocation and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create integrated digital media campaigns.
  • Shape messaging and creative direction, overseeing design and animation processes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, proposing strategic implementations and new community management initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign data, extracting insights and offering recommendations for enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Proficiency across various social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A sound understanding of the financial services industry and insurance products.
  • Proven experience collaborating with agencies and managing external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data to drive informed decision-making.
