**Senior Façade Maintenance Consultant**

**About the Role**:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our rope access operations team as a Senior Façade Maintenance Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of façade maintenance and care services, including leading a dedicated team in the delivery of these services. You will ensure that high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in the delivery of façade care services, ensuring high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop new client relationships and manage existing ones.
  • Drive business development and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements:

  • IRATA level 3 (or equivalent) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in rope access operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in façade maintenance and care services.
  • Experience in business development or client management.
  • Strong knowledge around access systems and maintenance equipment.
