Overview

A leading name in Australia's façade industry, with over 50 years of expertise delivering innovative building envelope solutions. Known for creativity, quality, and reliability, they have just won a $50 mill curtain wall mega tower and are looking for an experienced Facade Project Manager to deliver this mega project.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of the mega curtain wall project as Facade Project Manager.
  • Coordinate facade, aluminium, or windows & doors activities across design, programming, budgets, contracts, site management, procurement, cost control, ITPs, and related processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with Tier 1 & 2 builders.
  • Proven Project Management/Coordination background in Façade, Aluminium, or Windows & Doors.
  • Technical understanding of facade systems.
  • Full understanding of the project lifecycle — design, programming, budgets, contracts, site management, procurement, cost control, ITPs, etc.
  • Excellent organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
