Boral is seeking a visionary Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager to spearhead our digital channel efforts and drive exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, driving volume and growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital channel strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage relationships with third-party partners to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
- Drive growth and sales through innovative digital strategies and partnerships.
- Identify digital enhancements to drive service sufficiencies and competitive advantage.
- Design and oversee a comprehensive digital channel roadmap that drives customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Communication, Human Resources, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital channel management and user experience.
- Proven experience in digital customer experience management, particularly in mobile channels.
- Strong background in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
