About the Role

As a key member of the GSF Car Parts Limited team, the Delivery Driver plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our operations. This role involves delivering parts to customers within a 40-mile radius, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver products to customer premises in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide high levels of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  3. Collect customer returns and feedback, providing valuable insights to the branch
  4. Load vehicles according to procedures, ensuring safe and secure transportation of goods
  5. Perform daily vehicle checks, maintaining a high level of vehicle maintenance and safety
  6. Assist with warehouse tasks and inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working Hours: Up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working

Requirements:

  1. Hold a full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points
  2. Have a minimum of 3 years' driving experience
  3. Have excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius of the branch
  4. Previous experience in a delivery driver role
  5. Ability to work to deadlines, with good time-keeping skills
  6. Customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
