**Job Title: Experienced Forklift Operator - Heathwood**

**Salary**: $30.93 per hour, plus penalty rates for overtime

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying their accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
- Organize and stack products in designated storage areas, optimizing warehouse space.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct routine inspections of the forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist in other general warehouse duties as required to support the overall operations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, safety practices, and material handling procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and maintaining records.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to changing priorities and demanding schedules.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required by the client's needs.
