About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Area Manager to lead and motivate a team of employment consultants across multiple sites in Ipswich, supporting them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Ipswich ESA with offices in Boonah, Goodna, Ipswich, Lowood, Redbank Plains, Springfield, Toogoolawah
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred services
  • Developing strategies, programs, and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site, and area performance and quality metrics
  • Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services
