This is a management role that oversees multiple sites and leads a team of employment consultants.

As a successful applicant, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of Ipswich ESA with offices in Boonah, Goodna, Ipswich, Lowood, Redbank Plains, Springfield, Toogoolawah
  • Leading and empowering a team to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure high-quality, person-centred services
  • Developing strategies, programs and partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
  • Leveraging systems, tools and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
  • Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success

  • Experienced in leadership and management, ideally within the employment services sector
  • Passionate about people with disability succeeding in employment and education
  • Success driven with the ability to achieve performance targets and manage resources
