Job Description:

The Account Executive role serves as the primary liaison between our internal business units and clients. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales to identify new business opportunities
  • Engage regularly with the Sales team to stay informed about marketplace trends
  • Develop and implement project timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Design and deliver client presentations, including client service plans and schedules
  • Provide technical knowledge and guidance during the onboarding process
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges that may impact client businesses
