We are seeking a skilled Venue Leader to support our team in Melbourne.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have experience in leadership and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
They will be responsible for supporting senior staff, leading shifts, and maintaining high service standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.
They will also be able to drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to business growth.
- Lead shifts with confidence and maintain high service standards.
- Support senior staff with daily operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to build skills and deliver great customer experiences.
- Maintain venue presentation, safety, and compliance with all policies and legislative requirements.
- Drive sales, manage costs, and help the business achieve its financial and performance targets.
- Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred).
- Full availability across Monday-Sunday with flexibility for rotating shifts.
