We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team on a Monday to Friday basis, initially.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team within a Home Neighborhood, maintaining sound clinical governance and effective operations while fostering a relationship-centred, home environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents with a proactive focus on safety
  • Oversee the effective operation of the Neighbourhood to reflect resident preferences and principles of the Inspirit model of care
  • Provide leadership and coaching to all neighbourhood team members, ensuring a focus on relationship-centred care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing qualification with a current AHPRA Registration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship-based care
  • Strong coaching/training skills with the ability to positively influence other healthcare workers
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
