About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Strategist to join our team at Robert Walters Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our new data platform across the Risk Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Adoption Efforts: Ensure seamless adoption of the new data platform across the Risk Division, leveraging your expertise in product marketing and data-driven strategies.
  • Develop Change Collateral: Create and deliver comprehensive change collateral, including training materials, user guides, blogs, webinars, and communication plans, to support a smooth platform rollout.
  • Apply Product Management Principles: Utilize product management principles to drive the platform rollout, focusing on user needs and value delivery, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our business.
  • Drive Adoption through Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to influence and drive platform adoption, leveraging your expertise in product marketing and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Risk, to ensure a successful platform rollout and ongoing adoption.
  • Advocate for the Platform: Establish yourself as a key advocate for the platform, influencing its widespread adoption across the organization, and staying up-to-date on the latest developments in data, AI, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading the adoption of new data platforms, with a focus on user engagement and platform utilization.
  • Product Marketing Expertise: Possess expertise in product marketing, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and data-driven strategies.
  • Cloud Technology Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in cloud technologies, data, and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive platform adoption and innovation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
