Merchant Performance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take ownership of a high-visibility, merchant-facing program designed to uplift partner performance and experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance the overall success of our restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform.
- Developing and implementing programs aimed at improving partner satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
- Providing coaching and support to ensure partner success
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a merchant-facing role, preferably in a food delivery or logistics industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
