Senior Culinary Leader Wanted

A dynamic and supportive environment awaits an experienced mid-to-senior level chef at our hotel in Kurri Kurri.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work under the guidance of a dedicated Head Chef and be responsible for delivering high-quality food across various cuisines and styles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own sections to maintain impeccable presentation and quality standards
- Communicating effectively with the team and customers while maintaining immaculate grooming and presentation
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, adapting to various cuisines and styles
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Ability to work 5 days across a 7-day operation with a flexible attitude
- Completed Trade Qualifications to minimum Cert IV or equivalent
- Familiarity with Food Hygiene compliance knowledge and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong customer service skills
- Availability for rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
