About the Role

We are seeking a senior Food and Beverage professional to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This full-time opportunity is responsible for providing exceptional experiences for our guests; essential accountabilities include:

  • Providing friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
  • Ensuring seamless dining experiences for our guests
  • Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant area
  • Supporting staff training and development plans
  • Managing staff on shift and resolving customer complaints
  • Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails and wine presentations
  • Facilitating room service, taking orders and delivery
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas
  • Setting up and breaking down Function and Events on site
  • Overseeing daily opening and closing procedures

This position requires availability for split shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, with seasonal peaks during summer, public holiday and school holiday periods. Essential certifications required: RSA.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to guide staff
