About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Consultant to join our team at Telstra. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales approaches and consultative service skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product offerings, leveraging this knowledge to provide personalized solutions for customers.
