Key Account Manager Job Overview

We are creating modern energy products that offer consumers a new way to access energy: easy-to-use pouches, crafted with premium, functional ingredients, at a lower cost.

The role of the Key Account Manager is to take ownership of key convenience store and other retail accounts. This includes developing and strengthening relationships with retail partners, leading all aspects of account management from strategic planning and sales execution to category leadership and promotional strategy.

Responsibilities include owning and growing key accounts, driving results, securing new business, using data to drive decisions, acting as a category expert, handling executional details, collaborating across teams, and representing the brand externally.

  • Owning and growing key accounts by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Leading all aspects of account management, including strategic planning, sales execution, category leadership, and promotional strategy.
