We're looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to play a vital role in meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs. As a Relief Personal Banker, you'll have the opportunity to assist customers with enquiries, educate them about our online platforms, and recommend products and services tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions that meet customers' needs, objectives, and interests.
  • Keep up with constant change and educate customers on digital literacy and online banking needs.
  • Guide customers through personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options.

  • A permanent, part-time position located in the Brisbane Region, working across Ascot, Brisbane City & Holland Park, with flexibility for travel.
  • 72 hours per fortnight roster, with Monday to Friday shifts.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • A knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to drive to different branches.
