The Business Contact Centre Representative plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support across various channels, ensuring timely resolutions to queries and issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless customer support.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to display tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Proficient in using various tools, systems, and applications for administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in administrative processing within a complex corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills, working efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
