Job Description
  • Lead the development of commercial and strategic initiatives that support long-term expansion
  • Design and drive a long-term growth roadmap across priority markets
  • Build partnerships with external stakeholders including councils, utilities, government bodies, and commercial partners
  • Partner with internal teams to turn strategy into action across development, planning, and commercial functions
  • Stay across major market movements, policy changes, and investment trends
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in strategy, commercial growth, or infrastructure development (7+ years' experience)
  • Experience in complex organisations, ideally infrastructure, government, consulting, or utilities
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into practical, value-generating outcomes
  • A confident communicator who builds trust quickly with diverse stakeholders
  • Financial literacy and comfort navigating ambiguous or fast-changing environments
  • A collaborative style, with the ability to work across internal silos and drive shared results
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Public Policy, or related fields
