Job Description\

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects and developing new business within the Fuel and Water infrastructure environment.\

\
Key Responsibilities:\
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on Fuel and Water Infrastructure based on financial gain and customer satisfaction.\
  • Work closely with the National Energy Manager and executive leadership team to set and achieve growth strategies.\
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.\
  • Develop a coordinated delivery team to deliver multiple Fuel and Water infrastructure projects across the Eastern Seaboard.\
  • Maintain client relationships to assist with the aligned pipeline of opportunities.\
  • Coordinate and align with State and sector Managers to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of group resources.\
  • Bid management - strategically championing bids from engagement through to submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Extensive experience as an Operations or Business Development Manager in a Fuel and Water Infrastructure related construction environment.\
  • Diversified experience with large portfolio management including multiple major construction and/or infrastructure projects over $50M.\
  • Commercial acumen with responsibility for the financial success of multiple business units.\
  • Commitment to business development and pre-contracts activity.\
  • Ability to manage multiple business lines and deliver operational and growth strategies for all.
