Are you a team player looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our floor team as a Bar Back. The Albion Rooftop in South Melbourne is an exciting bar and nightclub that operates on Fridays and Saturdays from 12pm - late.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable venue, collaborating with management during pack down, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation within the venue
  • Assisting with the smooth operation of the bar, including taking orders and serving drinks
  • Collaborating with management and colleagues to achieve excellent customer service standards

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Saturday night availability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a large team environment

Additional requirements include:

  • Current Australian work authorization
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
