About the Role:
The Early Childhood Education Specialist will provide tailored guidance and coaching to educators and leaders, embedding evidence-based practices aligned with the National Quality Framework.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on pedagogical matters
- Develop best practice strategies to enhance educator skills
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Ensure services meet regulatory standards in education and care
Necessary Qualifications:
To be successful, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Formal recognition as a Proficient Teacher by NESA
- Appropriate child protection training and a current Working with Children Check
- A Class C Driver's Licence and willingness to travel
