As a visionary leader, we seek a Primary Coordinator to spearhead our educational initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic learning, monitor and review school improvement programs, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will lead the development of quality teaching programs, promote innovative pedagogical practices, and foster a culture of collegiality and reflective practice within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop, implement, and oversee the school's strategic learning initiatives to drive student success
  • School Improvement: Monitor and review school improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with educational goals
  • Compliance: Support the monitoring and review of school compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Teaching Programs: Lead, model, and support the ongoing development, implementation, and oversight of quality teaching programs and learning outcomes
  • Pedagogical Practices: Model and promote contemporary and innovative pedagogical practices to enhance student learning
  • Culture and Practice: Contribute to the development of a culture of collegiality and reflective practice within the school community
Requirements:
  • A minimum of four years successful teaching experience consistent with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Working with Children Clearance number
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training
  • Postgraduate study in education (Desirable)
  • Working towards Highly Accomplished or Lead Teaching Standards (Desirable)
