Product Analyst, Channels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business and product analysis across the full spectrum of an assigned program, from inception to detailed tech requirements.
  • Identify and engage relevant internal and external stakeholders, and estimate BA effort.
  • Support sales, product, technology, or consulting teams in framing the analysis of business problems and solution design.
  • Facilitate online workshops and large groups of all levels of the organization.
  • Manage and demonstrate ownership of story refinement sessions and backlog updates.
  • Perform analysis activities required to support go-to-market activities and operational readiness.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product or business analysis experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting sales, product, technology, or consulting teams in framing the analysis of business problems and solution design.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, including experience facilitating online workshops and large groups of all levels of the organization.
  • Requirements elicitation, management, and analysis.
  • Manage and demonstrate ownership of story refinement sessions and backlog updates.
  • Perform analysis activities required to support go-to-market activities and operational readiness.
