Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with children and adolescents in various settings, including hospitals and community health services.

Job Description

This is a great opportunity to expand your pediatric skills and experience while working in a supportive and flexible environment. As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will:

  • Provide assessment and management of infants, children, and adolescents in hospital or community settings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster clinical excellence and consistency of practice
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification
  • AHPRA registration if required for your profession
  • Eligibility for membership of your professional association
  • At least 2 years clinical experience
  • Demonstrated clinical skills in pediatrics
  • Experience in either acute, rehabilitation, or Community Health setting (preferred but not essential)
Location

The role may be based at Monash Children's Hospital or at a Monash Health Community site in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Travel may be required between sites.
