We offer a unique opportunity to work on a new statewide project, the Southern Melbourne Pathway to Good Health clinic. This innovative initiative aims to provide high-quality models of care to children entering statutory care settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert medical advice and support to the multidisciplinary team. They will also have the opportunity to develop their leadership and project management skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Paediatrics)
  • Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications
  • Working with Children's Certificate
  • Excellent skills and experience in complex neurodevelopmental disorders
  • High level leadership and collaborative skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work well within secondary consultation models of care
  • Ability to create and deliver evidence-based education material
  • Experience in education of health practitioners
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive access to Monash Health in-house learning portals, mentorship, career guidance, and a supportive learning environment.
