Retail Aesthetic Manager

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to fill this Design Standards Manager position.

Our Commercial team is a large but close-knit group of trading experts who are ready to shape the future of our business. About the role
As a member of our team, you will utilise your retail design and architectural documentation background to manage brand standards in aesthetics, safety, operational efficiencies, cost, and design across our Coles Supermarket, Coles Local, and Coles Liquor brands.
You'll also :
- Create blueprints and format plans for our three brands
- Evaluate and incorporate applicable legislative requirements into box designs
- Oversee the documentation process for all typicals, standard drawings, visual identity documents, and blueprints
- Ensure information sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in site visits to review standards and ensure safety compliance
About you and your skills
You'll need :
Prior experience in retail planning with some commercial and financial understanding desiredAbility to manage construction consultants including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyorsExperience presenting to senior leaders or large groups via webexKnowledge of AutoCAD and RevitBasic financial understanding of key metrics required to improve Return on EquityDegree in architecture or engineering highly regardedWhat's in it for you?
